Coaching sessions are spacious, relational, and grounded. Through deep listening, curiosity, and powerful questioning, we support clients in uncovering insights that already exist within them. Sessions integrate reflective dialogue, somatic awareness, and pattern recognition to explore how stress, internalized systems, and habits show up in leadership and decision-making. Held in respect and confidentiality, these sessions support clarity, presence, and meaningful action without judgment or urgency.
Here’s How it Works:
Coaching is offered through customized retainer-based engagements designed to meet the needs of your organization. Retainers may support leaders, managers, executives, Indigenous team members, or a combination of both, depending on your goals and context.
Coaching can be engaged as a standalone offering or as an add-on to our Decolonized Leadership Training or Decolonized Strategic Planning processes, supporting deeper integration, accountability, and sustained change over time.
Engagements may include:
Ongoing, confidential 1:1 or small-group coaching
Trauma-aware, culturally-informed support grounded in decolonial practice
Capacity-building for leadership, decision-making, and relational accountability
Optional quarterly, anonymized reporting highlighting key themes, growth areas, and systemic insights to support organizational learning (while maintaining individual confidentiality)
