decolonized Leadership training

Lead with Connection. Lead with Courage. Lead for Change.

Our decolonial leadership training is rooted in values, well-being, relationships and meets the challenges of today’s world. We offer experiential leadership training that is based in two-eyed seeing: informed by Indigenous ways of knowing and being and combining Western frameworks. We believe decolonizing benefits all our relations – and those benefits are amplified when embodied in leaders.

decolonized strategic planning

Where strategy meets humanity. Let’s co-create a roadmap for change that benefits all our relations.

Traditional strategic planning reinforces colonial systems. Not here. As PAIR-Certified Facilitators, we support organizations with decolonizing strategic planning, Reconciliation Action Plans, or becoming CCIB PAIR Committed or Certified. Our process is rooted in two-eyed seeing, R.I.Z.E (our proprietary framework), and Community-Based Participatory Action Research.

Two women are talking in a cozy studio with large windows, brick wall, and artwork. One woman has dark hair, is wearing a black dress and earrings, and is holding a coffee cup. The other woman has long hair, glasses, and is dressed in black, also holding a coffee cup. There is a table with books, a laptop, and snacks. Colored sticky notes are on the window, and the words 'The Edge' are on the wall.

coaching

Our coaching supports leaders and emerging leaders in developing the presence, awareness, and relational skills required to lead with integrity and compassion in complex systems.

Rooted in trauma-informed and decolonial principles, this work recognizes the deep interconnectedness between leadership and well-being. When individuals are grounded, emotionally-responsive, and aligned with their values, the entire organization benefits.

lunch and learns

Our 2026 Lunch & Learns are stand-alone, decolonial learning circles designed to support teams in building cultural awareness, nervous system resilience, and more relational ways of working. Rooted in Indigenous worldviews, two-eyed seeing, and trauma-aware practice, each session offers practical insights participants can apply immediately. Participatory and engaging, these offerings are ideal for organizations seeking meaningful learning without lengthy planning processes—meeting people where they are while inviting reflection, dialogue, and tangible next steps.

cultivating safe spaces

Cultivating Safe Spaces—a framework created by Elaine Alec of Naqsmist Storytellers Inc—provides your team with the tools, conditions, and protocols to create brave, inclusive, and decolonized workplaces. This introductory training helps leaders and team members understand how to navigate triggers and repair from harm, turning barriers into bridges for relational, accountable spaces. We are grateful to carry this work in a good way.
