decolonized leadership training

Lead with connection. Lead with courage. Lead for change.

Our Approach

We support organizations in developing leadership that balances head and heart, prioritizes high performance alongside strong relationships, and cultivates power-with rather than power-over.

Our work goes beyond culture change to embed decolonial principles into leadership practice and organizational design—creating the conditions for people and workplaces to rise and thrive together.

Grounded in Indigenous worldviews and decolonial frameworks, our leadership offerings support leaders and emerging leaders who want to lead with integrity, care, and clarity.

what others have had to say

The best {thing} about this course is to understand how leadership can be understood in a different way (decolonized one). I believe that we need to consider other ways to perform our task-oriented work with different tools to measure achievements.
