This circle includes: simple and easy breathwork guidance that can be done from your desk, experiential learning and theory based on nervous system regulation.

restoring balance: burnout prevention and recovery through a decolonized lens

Our colonial-capitalist systems want us to believe that burnout is a personal failure and not a systemic one. We’re here to flip the script.

In this circle, we will explore the early signs of burnout with an effort on prevention and sustainability. We look at burnout through a systemic, individual and organizational lens, along with sharing practical tools, tips, and reflections team members can use to support themselves and their colleagues.

Solstice and Equinox well-being circles

An opportunity to decolonize and harmonize with the Earth’s natural rhythms, our seasonal circles hold an element of ceremony and reconnection.

In these circles, participants will explore the elements, archetypes, and teachings of the respective doorway of the Medicine Wheel: Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter.

Through both live experiential practices and take-home tools and rituals, participants will walk away equipped to work with the medicine of the season.

This circle includes: seasonal insights rooted in Indigenous teachings, live experiential practices and take-home rituals to work with the medicine of the season.
