reconciliation and well-being: begins march 17, 2026
A cohort for leaders, practitioners and change-makers who want to engage in Reconciliation with care, integrity and trust—without causing harm to others or themselves.
Calling all leaders, practitioners, and social change agents who envision a better world for ALL our relations.
We’re inviting leaders, change-makers, HR and Reconciliation professionals, and entrepreneurs to join our Reconciliation and Well-Being Cohort, beginning March 17, 2026.
This is a space to come—just as you are—to reconnect, refuel, and deepen your capacity for the long journey of societal change within work, leadership, and business.
Whether you are new to Reconciliation or have been immersed in this work for years, we know the journey is complex. Many people carry a deep desire to do this work well, paired with a fear of getting it wrong, unintentionally causing harm, or not knowing what the “right” next step is.
This cohort exists to support you in navigating reconciliation with greater clarity, care, and confidence, while tending to your own well-being along the way.
This is for you if you are:
A leader, professional, or change-maker navigating Reconciliation in your work, business, or community
An HR, DEI or Reconciliation practitioner holding big responsibility within extractive systems
An entrepreneur or small business owner wanting to align your work with your values
Someone who cares deeply and quietly worries about saying or doing the “wrong thing”
New to Reconciliation or deeply-immersed in the work and seeking a grounding renewal
Looking for space that balances learning, reflection, and practical application
Ready to disrupt the status quo!

-
Truth-telling must come before reconciliation. We begin by exploring our shared history on Turtle Island while noticing how our nervous systems respond when engaging with difficult truths about colonization and Reconciliation.
This circle includes:
A brief timeline of colonization on Turtle Island
Experiential learning
Self-reflection and facilitated group sharing
-
This circle explores tools and perspectives rooted in Indigenous worldviews, offering tangible ways to begin decolonizing the workplace in ways that benefit all our relations.
Thought-provoking and practical, this is one of our most popular circles.
This circle includes:
Storytelling
A self-assessment
Small and large group discussions
Theory grounded in lived experience
-
Disruptive change asks us to step outside our comfort zones. In this circle, we explore breathwork and other tools for cultivating nervous system resilience so we can stay present, grounded, and engaged through societal and organizational change.
This circle includes:
Simple breathwork practices you can do at your desk
Experiential learning
Nervous system regulation theory
-
Using the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Report as a framework, participants create a ReconciliACTION plan for themselves or their workplace.
This circle includes:
Review of the TRC Calls to Action and UNDRIP
An exploration of common arguments against using the TRC CTAs as a framework
Reflection on personal and professional influence
Time to develop a tangible, values-aligned plan
-
Our final circle centres collective care. Reconciliation and societal change require well-resourced leaders and change-makers.
Through creative and somatic practices, we reflect, integrate, and celebrate our journey together.
This circle includes:
A guided creative and somatic activity
Deep reflection and facilitated group discussion
A celebratory close

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not to worry. All of our circles are recorded, so you can catch up if you miss a session or revisit topics later on.
Some participants attend every circle live, while others never join live at all—both are completely welcome. We’ve intentionally designed this cohort to fit into real life, not add more pressure to already full schedules.
-
We’ve intentionally designed each circle to be three hours to allow for meaningful learning, reflection, and both small and large group discussion, without rushing the content or the process.
In true decolonizing fashion, we prioritize depth over speed. That said, we know three hours on screen can feel like a lot. We build in breaks, and you are always welcome to turn your camera off, stretch, or step away as needed.
-
While Reconciliation & Well-Being was initially developed with non-Indigenous participants in mind, we’ve had a number of Indigenous participants join past cohorts who expressed deep gratitude for their experience.
We know Indigenous folks are often expected to lead Reconciliation efforts within organizations—frequently while carrying personal, intergenerational, and community responsibilities. Our hope is that this cohort offers you space to exhale, receive support, and allow others to do some of the heavy lifting alongside you.
-
Yes. We offer group discounts for organizations registering five or more participants.
We also offer partial and full scholarships for Indigenous kin who are self-employed, currently unemployed, students, or working within small not-for-profits.
Please email us to inquire. And don’t forget to check with your employer; many organizations are able to cover professional development costs.
-
Participation is always an invitation, not a requirement. There will be opportunities for discussion, reflection, and small group conversations, but you are welcome to engage at a pace that feels right for you. We offer a gentle reminder that everyone brings medicine into the circle, regardless of who they are, where they come from, and how long they’ve been walking the path of Reconciliation.
Listening is a valid and valuable form of participation.
We are too 🥱
This cohort is an invitation to invest in yourself, your leadership, and your legacy—so that Reconciliation can be sustained with care, integrity, and collective well-being at its core.
